Motorola — Poor customer service

On 3rd July 2015, I gave my Moto G2 for repair at your Kolkata Service Centre situated at Cannel Street . On 6th July, when I inquired about the status of my phone, I was told that the phone will be ready by 9th July 2015. Again, when I called today which was attended after calling them 20 times, I was told again that it will take a week more to get the phone repaired.
