Warranty : still 5 months left, expires february 2018
Since purchase i have been facing a lot of problems and seriously my life has become hell.
The screen flickers abruptly and the phone hangs. The situation has worsened
The phone has been in the service centres in faridabad, haryana 4 times for more than 4 months (Attached are all the moto service records). I bought this phone 6 months back and it is there in your service centres for more than 4 months….. What a shame as a company. I told the people in your service centers to replace the phone as it was a faulty one but my words always fell in deaf ears.
I seriously don’t know what to do now and where to complain. This is the step i didn’t want to take as it brings bad name to the company but what should i do?
And if i do not get a resolution here also i will go to the consumer forum and also file a legal harassment case against motorola for duping me.
I have a moto x, a moto e and now this is the third phone but i am not going to buy a motorola phone again.
Please do something guys, this is not the kind of service a customer desires from you all after paying a huge amount.
