[Resolved] Motorola — Regarding unsatisfactory service and bad quality product from motorola. | |||
I have purchased moto g4 plus. The charger stopped working within the 6 months of purchase (it was in warranty). I complained about that to the service center (Famous computers, in Bareilly) they first took my defective charge and gave my new charger after 2 months (too late). And my replaced charger is also not working properly after 2 days. I asked him to replace, since he has the only service center here, he always ask to come next day and asking a lot more time again to replace it. During all this process, the charger is now out of warranty period (because first time Motorola did not provide proper service) now what should I do to get a proper working charger? My replaced detective charger is still in the service center (it's almost a month now). Was this information helpful? | |||
