Motorola — Replacement of product as product not serviced well | |||
on 30th may 2015 i have submitted my nexus 6 to motorola service center for replacement of mother board and after 41 days i got back on 10th July 2015.same day i call back to service center the mobile have some problem but they told me our working our is closed.so the next day i went to service center i tell them my issues they try to solve problem almost one hour i stand there after that they to some temporary solution and tell me we have try our best but we need to replace speaker panel but they don't have it after checking mobile i told them its not solution but they told me you use phone for some day and contact us back but after using phone for one day i went to service center back on 13 july they check my mobile and tell me they need to replace some part i will be 25 days to replace it.so i have purchase mobile for use not to kept in service center.i want new replacement of nexus 6 with extended warranty or give me my money back.i has been almost one and half month i don't get any solution and they tell me wait to another 25 days.
