I've purchased Moto G 3rd generation in month of September. I got issue with its display in month of December and I visited service center to resolve the issue where they asked me to submit mobile and they will repaired by replacing display within 10-15 days.
But I insisted to take mobile with me and bring back when part arrive to get it repaired but they refused as it was against company policy.
When I approached to service center they said that they yet to get the parts from company and to contact customer care.
When I contacted customer care, they gave me dead line of 14th January but even after that date, dead line was extended to 29th January.
Customer care representative who is looking after my case refused to talk with me.
Whenever I contacted customer care I used to get one reply that you'll get your phone before dead line. Was this information helpful? |
