Motorola Service Centre Thane — No slip to acknowledge whatever has been done

I had issues with the camera for which I visited the service centre. The first time they said there was a problem with the software and did a software update. However, the problem still continued. I went to the service centre the second time and they said there was a problem with the camera hardware and have replaced it.There was no permission taken from me before replacing anything and neither have I received any proof of whatever has been done!!
