I had purchased a mototola m handset from an outlet in shillong. The handset was having issues in bluetooh and there was booting issues also. The purchase has been around 3 months. I had visited the retailee and described the issues in details. I was reffered to a service centre to get the handset checked. As i was made to understand that issues would be resolved after a software reset. The service centre returned the handset after a software reset but it did not resolve the issues. I had to go to the retailer again, and this time the handset was handed over to a different service centre. After 6 days i got a call to collect the handset which according to the service centre was repaired. The handset was switched on in presence of the service centre people and was still having the booting issue. I did not get the opportunity to check the bluetooh issue as the set did not boot at all.
Kindly takeup the matter with the concerned retsiler and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Further delay and lack of expertise in servicing may compel me to go to consuers forum.
