This is in regards to the motorola service center of bhubaneswar hara agency. Where i had paid 1950/- for a new battery but after 2 days the battery problem raised. I really doubt about the genuinity of authorize center of motorola service center.

    I have purchased motorola over ear escape 200 head phone on 16 feb -20 which got broken with in three months at head round position.
    Headphones purchased through amazon. Need to replace. As per 1 year warranty period.

        Hi,

        Today i visited vytila motorola service centre and it's giving me hard times.

        Door no.30/1191 (A) 121, nedunthallil, malliackal towers

        Vytila junction, nh bypass, near woodland showroom

        Mob:[protected]

        *also attached the challan given from service centre.

        I have given my mobile device (Moto e4 plus) for reboot issue. (Repeatedly starting while its on). When i had given the phone, service centre employee said me to call evening and phone will ready by that time.

        And they also give me a number.

        Evening i called a lot of time and they are not responding. You may have check the call details.

        Am totally disappointed with the service.
        My official works where in that phone.

        Tomorrow sunday, shop will closed.
        Please do the needful in this matter, as soon as possible.

          I had purchased a moto g6 plus (Indigo black, 6+64 gb) on 6th sep'19, but now a days i fund my mobile got shut down automatically and its happening repeatedly. However i've checked my phone android version is already been updated, but when i am trying to receive any voice and video call from this phone then same thing happening again. Please help me to understand the issue in my device.

              The battery of my cell phone moto g (3rd generation) was replaced at new tech. Authorised service centre, shop no-12 exhibitionroad patna with a cost of rs 2300.00. But its backing of power is very less approx. 4 to 5 hours only, just like my old battery. Please change this battery with new one of good quality.

                Sir,

                I purchased moto g6 plus 3 months old. I am experiencing problems whenever i make calls. It is getting auto restart while placing calls and when taking any video calls or photos.

                I went to chennai tnagar service center where in they initially mentioned mother board problem but later did some software updates twice. However the problem persists. I request you to please take this up seriously and arrange for proper rectification. Else pl organise for a new one.

                  bad attitude of customer care agent on resolving issue session

                  I'm facing no signal and charging issue with my phone, they say that the phone has liquid damage but there is no such problem as the phone has been used very delicately. The phone is under warranty still they are charging us for damage repair why should i pay without any fault. According to them first they will change my phone's charging point and then they will check sim slot if any problem i will have to pay for that too. I called on customer...

                  I had given my motorola x4 mobile phone to the service center for battery replacement... But after replacement there was a black spot in the display... I have informed to the company staff about the same... And they have refused to repair it. Mobile was dead when i given the mobile for repair... Now they are saying that the black spot was there when i gave them the mobile... But i am completely aware that my mobiles display was in perfect condition as i submitted my mobile for repair... The reason why i am saying this is that, i had restarted my phone in factory mode several times... At that time mobiles display was perfect... So please take the necessary action and get my mobiles display fixed.

                  The service center is technatronics technologies, ghatkopar branch, mumbai.

                    I had given the moto g4 plus for servicing as the charger connecter in the phone has dispalyed. The service center had charged 950 rs and fixed. But when i reached home and charged again, i got the similar issue. Again went to the same service center. They are not agreeing for the one month warranty and was very rude beheviour from them. How can i damage the charging connector inside? That also with in 24 hours. I doubt that the service center guy didn't fix anything and charged money by making some temporary fix.

                      मैंने अपना फ़ोन सर्विस सेंटर पे दिया, उस टाइम फ़ोन मोतो लिख कर रुका hua tha, service center pe mujhe bola gaya ki aap 2 ghante baad akar phone le sakte hain isme software problem hai, then jab maine gaya 3 ghante baad to wo bolte ho raha hai abhi aur time lagega, fr baad me phone ata hai aur bolte hain, ki apka phone dead hogaya hai,
                      ab waha koi kuch sunwai nahi hai, maine bola unse ki kaise hua to ab bolte hain ki wo kabhi kabhi phone dead ho jata hai, aur mujhe koi risive bhi nahi mili hai, aur maine unse bola ki aap pahle mujhe bata sakte the na ki apka phone banwate samay dead ho sakta hai but unhone mujhe kuch nahi bolta, ab bol rahe mujhe ki aap apna phone akar le jaye, , mujhe apna phone jaise tha waise chaiye.

                        I am totally not satisfied with the battery service and phone clarity of moto g8 plus. Its only fifteen days i bought this mobile and i am running behind flipkart and motorola service for solution. My 13 k rupees is being wasted on this mobile. Please refund my amount. Phone is always hot and phone clarity is very very low as compared to other mobiles. Motorola service people are telling mobiles bought at low rates will be like this only. But the mobile cost is 14000 which is not a small amount for me. Take the mobile and pay my amount

                          This complaint is regarding the service fraud on the Lenovo service centers supporting the Motorola Mobile Handset services. I have given my New moto X style phone for servicing to the authorized service center of Lenovo (Name: Digitel Communication Service, Add: No.6, 1st Floor, Raja Bhadher Street, Pondy Bazaar, T. Nagar, Chennai- 600017, Tamilnadu, India) to replace its display with the issue of Ghost touch. I would like to mention that it is a premium segment phone costing 26000 INR in India. Other than the display issue, the other hardware was working perfectly fine including the Battery. The phone was submitted on 9th October 2019. First, they have installed a new display on the same day, but when I checked the new display it was having defected pixels that were glowing always in white color. I have complained about it and refused to accept the repaired device. Then the authorized person asked me to submit the phone for a week giving the reason that the new display is not stock and will come in 3-4 days. As I was very sure about the authenticity of the service center I thought of leaving my phone in the service center for the suggested time duration. They have given me a job order slip as a proof of submitted device for servicing. But, the next day when I saw the slip carefully, I found that It was not having any assigned service order number which is illegal and showed that the created job order is not authentic. I have got a small doubt at that time but thought that maybe the service center functions like this. On 12 October 2019, I have got the call from the service center that my phone is repaired. I have collected the phone on the same day. The service center had provided the invoice of 6200 INR for the replaced display. Unfortunately, no information of the replaced part and the newly installed part (Serial No, etc.) was mentioned. I took the phone back by paying the amount. On a new display, the 1-month warranty was given for any kind of malfunctioning. After using 1 day, I again observed lot of faulty Pixel areas in the new display and ghost touch issue in the new display. I felt that that the installed display is not the original display but the local display available online in[protected] INR online because the original display of the Moto X style is best in class and having a resolution of 1440 x 2560 at 515 PPI supporting 4K resolution. I also observed that the display is consuming a lot of power because of which the battery started draining from 100% to 0% in 2 hours of display use. Another issue I observed that my GPS stopped working. I immediately went to the service center on the same day (13th October 2019) and asked to look into the matter. However, the authorized person was not accepting that the display is not up to the quality and was faulty. Also, the new hardware issue of GPS malfunctioning and non-working notification led was rejected by saying that they did not touch any other hardware. So, they are not responsible for the new issues that occurred after service. I had to take the help of other consumers in the service center to prove my point. After a lot of effort, they agreed for installing a new display. They asked me to re-submitted the phone for service without issuing a new job order which I did not feel professional and hence I asked then to inform me once the display is available in the stock. They told me to inform me by call which they did not do. So, today on 5th Nov 2019, I inquired by myself about the availability of the display. They said that the display is not available as the Moto X Style model is stopped by the company. Then I argued with them to refund my 6200 INR paid for services. Then they said that they have a display just for me and asked me to come for the replacement. I went there and submitted my phone. Again, they did not create any job slip for the servicing. When I asked them to provide me a job slip, they refused to do that. Since I was helpless to get my money back, I thought of going for display replacement. They have installed a new display and gave me the phone back in 3-4 hours. Immediately after seeing the display, I observed that the display is delivering fade colors, low brightness, and low-resolution images and videos. I realized that this new display is also a fake display. I was feeling cheated and frustrated. That service center not only did a fraud to me, also wasted my precious time (3 working days). They were also not providing the 1-month warranty on this new display. I argued with them and then they have written in words on my old invoice to avail 1-month warranty. I don't know whether they meant it really. Because they are refusing that the display is delivering fade colors, low brightness, and low-resolution images and videos. I tried to reach the customer support of Motorola but was unable to do that because there is no direct contact point available in India. Then I informed the issue to the international customer support. I am feeling looted and cheated. I am also going to file a case in consumer forum if my display and hardware is not repaired back.

                              I have purchased a moto g6 plus mobile through an outlet, poorvika mobiles at vadapalani for rs. 10, 714/= after surrendering the old one on 29.06.2019. It was functioning well till 30.09.2019 and at 19.15 hrs on 30.09.2019, the screen went blank while viewing the picture. It could not be restarted after that. When contacted the authorized service centre at ambattur with gadget and bill, they said that the board got damaged due to short circuit and to make it good, they would charge rs. 8500/= but the gadget is still under the manufacturer's warranty.. The gadget was returned to me in broken condition after inspection. Kindly let me know how to get it replaced by another one or repaired. I don't know why should i spend rs. 8500/= so soon within 4 months for the mobile which i have spent 10, 000 and odd rupees to purchase a mobile. Let me have a favourable reply at the earliest.

                                Hi team,
                                I am located in indore (M. P) my phone was showing me motorola wallpaper and not switch off, so i go to service center of motorola and the guy told me that he have to check by connecting the phone to computer which will be chargeable and after connecting and start my phone he took rs 300 in which there is no software upgrade because i don't lose my data.
                                So i want to ask motorola company to start the phone by connecting the computer they charge rs 300? Which is not legitimate to me.

                                  Battery is getting discharged quickly. I want to buy a new one but I am doubtful that it will be authentic. Please suggest where can I get original battery of Motto e3 model.

                                  Please suggest where to buy a genuine onto e3 battery.

                                  In the morning it shows 100 percent and I. The afternoon even if mobile was not touched it shows 38%. So iwould like to buy a new battery but not sure I will get original one from online platforms. Can I get it in a authorised store. Please suggest.

                                    Due to charging issue, I submit my Motorola one power handset which covered within the warranty period. But in customer job sheet which provide by the service centre, written that my phone is out of warranty and also written there that my phone is " damage by customer induced" they took my handset on that condition. I have my bill of that handset. And charging issue not induced by me.

                                      I have changed my mobile moto g3 battery (Model no. Xt1550) on 14.08.2019 at vasavi associates, guntur. But moblie battery problem has not been solved. It is suddenly switched off even battery charging level is at 60% like my mobile' sprevious condition. There is no change in tprevious condition and present condition. The aforesaid service centre were not answered properly. They behave rudely manner. I am using company chargers only to my mobile. ("you have to use company chargers for better battery performance" what they are saying for escape from their job). I have changed battery on their advise. Previously it is some have good than present. Now it's not working properly. Please consider my complaint and do justice in this regard. Prompt reply from your end is highly appreciated. Thank you,
