[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — Bad product & bad customer service | |||
Dear Team I am sending this mail regarding worst service provided by your service center located at thane at Hariniwas circle. I visited there 4 times they check my phone give me temporary solution. Now I don't want Motorola device. I want my money back. Otherwise I go to consumer court for my compensation. From two month I am calling at motorola service center they r not able to arrange my calls to their supervisor. What kind of shift doing by supervisor or manager every time they r not available.
