Motorola Solutions — Battery getting warm | |||
I bought Moto G (2nd Gen) online (got delivered to me on the 15th of this month). It is getting warm to 43 degree Celsius while charging with original Motorola charger. I have spoken to the customer care. They asked me to switch to safe mode for a day and download ThermoCF in order to keep a check at the battery temperature. The temperature seems to explode. Also, sometimes the screen skips some the options(back option for example) and sometimes I tap on a number to call and the cell phone doesnot allow me to make that call. Fuctioning problem found in Motorola 3 generation mobile
Dear Sir,I purchased the Motorola 3 generation mobile in Oct 2015 through online flip cart India, now we found auto function without touching and operating the mobile. and it was observed from last one month.Build Number is LPI23.72-65, Serial Number ZY22262F3M
now it is under warranty period,
