[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — burning of moto g4 while charging | |||||
I registered a compliant on 14th july 2017 for burning of my moto g4 device. I registered the compliant via email but till now they are doing nothing. Already 20 days have gone and still there is no update. Please check this on priority... The email which i wrote to motorola customer care is given below: I purchased a mobile phone moto g4 from motorola in february 2017. The phone was working normally till date except getting hot while charging. But today at around 7:00 pm, i came from office and kept my phone on Charging and took rest. After half an hour, i heard a blast sound and i got scared. I thought An encounter broke out as i was fallen little asleep. I woke up and Saw my moto g phone exploding and smoke was coming out of it. My Carpet got damaged also. You people made my life on risk. Atleast how Can motorola play with the lives of its customers. Now i don't want You people to drag into court for same as it will consume my time. Now I request you people to send me a new phone as soon as possible and Please check the cause of burst in this model as i hope no one should Experience such an incident in future.
