Motorola Solutions — charging ic

Respected sir,
In feb -2017 I changed charging ic of my moto g2 mobile from moto service centre.They gave 2 months warrenty, interestingly the charging ic became faulty in just 2 months leading to the display problem.By checking from outside I came to find that the charging ic was DUPLICATE.Thats why the display is still not working. When I contacted the moto service centre, they are saying now that the service centre is now shifted. I hope you will respond to my serious concern.
