Your requirement of time that is 4-5 days, and its almost 4 days the phone is submitted in to service centere, what level of cordination and what is the scope of problem arised in my phone which you require so many days just to investigate and make availibility of parts. Why should i be baring such a timeline everytime when the issue persist. This is a fourth time the phone is into service centere in last 9 to 10 months, from the time phone has been bought, also the phone was lying into you centere for 3 months. Why i should be facing the problem when the issue persist. Device history: 1. Phone purchased: 1aug2015 2. Warranty extension for 3 months on 22nd feb mail shared by motorola, due to phone at your service centere (3 cases, when the phone was exchanged) 3. 4th case arised again for different issue submitted in service centere on 26th july 2016. Make me understand, is the problem with the phone, or is the problem with your service guys or technical / escalation team. Y should i be as a customer to suffer??? If its the problem with the phone get it replced, or else require reimbursement for non usage of phone due to your frequent eroors...!! Awaiting you immediate and quick reply..!!
