During Nov-15 I've purchased Moto E mobile (2nd Gen) . During the month of April-16, I had a problem in the power button of the handset. The power button was not working.
Since the problem arises during the warranty period, I've given my mobile to "X Plus Communication" in Trichy, on 22-Apr-16, who are the authorized service center in Trichy. They raised job sheet having a work order number of RYX/MG/16/00060. .
Till date I haven't received any response from the service center even I've made frequent calls to the service centers. They ask for my contact number for informing about the status of my handset but I haven't received any updates from the service center.
The service which they are providing is not satisfactory. Their response and their behavior is not good. Kindly take appropriate action... Expecting a positive change in their behavior and response to the customers after your action...!!!
