Motorola Solutions — Delaying in completing the work | |||
Dear Motorola, I am fed-up by the services of Motorola.i have bougt moto x play and use it for 35 day, some problem arises i had to sumbmit to service centre they demanded mother board. I submit the phone on 26/12/2015 and i had submited my phone on 26 dec-2015. i was given a date of 12/1/2016 for the getting the phone and then it was suddenly extended to 18/01/2016 and now it is said that phone is still not repaired and further date of 14/02/2016 is being provided and on 11 feb i got call from service centre that i will get phone on 26/02/216. I did not purchase the phone to keep in the custody of service centre. This level of services was not expected from such a reputed brand. Motorola will appreciate that I also have other works apart from running or contacting Motorola for my phone. I want full refund for the device or atleast replacement of it.
