The service exexutive cant give the helpful replies and when i excuse them they told to keep the phone for one week...is it fair...first when i come for battery problem they give me the worksheet for battey change but after 15 days the battery is same...my old battery only, ... . ... ... ...and the display is same it is as..i know this is mybold display and battery and they take the battery and display from the company and they sell outside because they got the salary ₹5k-6k so by selling and cheating the customers they make the money..

Whenever on the mobile 2-3 apps automatically open and touch screen not working. After on off the mobile few times then touch working properly.
