[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — exchange phone warranty policy | |||
I purchased 2 motorola g4 plus phones and had issues with one of them. The company did send a replacement with no questions asked. Well now that piece of crap does not work and they never said the replacement phone warranty runs out when the orig. Does. Rma[protected] Had motorola phones since the 90's i am switching to another brand if this is not resolved. I cannot believe they will not stand behind there product or at least let you know your replacement is not covered, also why wouldn't someone explain this and offer an extended warranty.
