[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — Guy in the service center denied to replace the charger in warranty for no reason | |||||
My MotoG3 charger stopped working. And when I asked and showed the charger which is in warranty to the guy who works in the Ghaziabad, U. P motorola service center he denied to help me with charger saying that it is wet in oil and he can't do anything. Even though the is not wet with oil. It was rust and moisture that he was trying to tell me that it is oil even it was very little and hard to see but he still denied to do anything. I really want to help me replace my charger.
