Motorola Solutions — Heating issues

I have bought a moto x play mobile recently jan 2016.
I am experiencing serious heating issues in mobile since than.
I don't use any heavy games or watch movies still the device heats up and that too at scary level.

I am a working individual and could not find time visiting a service center.

Do help me in this.
The cell is in warranty period.
