[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — I received mobile with physical damage

I was given moto x play in service center with receiver problem, then after 1 day i received my mobile with Absence of 2 screws Loss of screw dye Earphone outgoing voice is not going during call Damage at the side of battery with solring spot I received like this I asked for this problems they are not responding, i asked for i want my handset as like before, there is no response, i want my mobile with sole this problems or i want my handset as like before, please make an action... I was contact through toll free number, and email, but u people are not responding for my problem, so, I am going through by consumer complaints, I was informed u through call and toll free number

For the headset problem, they are saying that motherboard problem, I was given for receiving problem, now why motherboard problem persists, I don't know why they are saying like that,
Last few months ago I updated my another mobile Moto x play, during updating, my mobile was switched off and not powered on, I was given in Moto service center, they said motherboard problem, I leave that matter I buy another mobile Moto x play, now I am facing this prblm with my new phone, I don't have any bills or invoice because I lost that, that's why I gave money to work my phone, but they are did like this I want my handset as like before or I want to replace my mobile with Moto x play only

I don't have bill but I am having both Moto x play boxes with imei number, and I am a costomer of Motorola company, I trusted on Motorola, but u people are did like this, year
before16 gb internal, but now 32gb internal memory, I am very frustrated

I was did all my possible works with Motorola service center, through that it is not possible, I contacted u with toll free number and email, that also not worked out, now I came here with a consumer complaint, if here also not possible means, I will go through consumer Court, I will do what possibility is there..,

I received my mobile with physical damage, they respond from Moto company, through their suggestion I went to Moto service center, they asked about the condition, I said about what they did on my mobile, but they are shouting in the service center like I don't that I said before itself it's a motherboard problem like that they are saying, I asked about why u did solring at the edge of the battery like that I asked, I don't know about that like that they are saying, this is 2nd time I am complaining in consumer complaint.., solve my problem
