Motorola Solutions — Indifferent attitude of personnel at service centre. | |||||
Today morning (30/03/2016) my son has visited Motorola service centre at Rathna arcade in Salem city in Tamil Nadu. He went there to get the dust accumulated in the camera lens of his MotoX2 cell phone to be removed. The cell phone was purchased in June 2015 and hence Warranty period was still valid.The technician at the centre told my son to come in the afternoon along with the relevant papers.My son has requested him that since he has to leave for Bangalore today night due to certain precommitments there, he will need the service done by today night. The service technician has also agreed albit after persuasion.The phone and the documents were handed over at 2.30PM. The technician has told him that it will take around 2hours to complete the job for which my son has agreed. At 4.30 PM today evening the same technician rang up and told my son that there is no power supply in the shop and hence they will not be able to repair the cellphone.The girl sitting in the reception desk was also singing the same song. In reality it was a false statement and misleading the customers..There was no power shut down at that time .I got it confirmed from my friend working in the electricity board who is in charge of that area.The technician's attitude in replying my call was totally indifferent and very callous and reluctant.He was arrogant and not at all customer friendly. I was shocked and surprised to see one such person in Motorola.He has not repaired the phone and retuned it at 6.00pm today.When I went to the shop in the evening along with my son both the receptionist and the technician were present.Power supply was there in the shop.The technician was free and taking rest.Again he was lieing that power supply was not there. I checked up with 5 to 6 shops in the same floor and all were telling that there was no power shut down today in any of the shop. When I brought this to the knowledge of the technician in your show room he was speechless and perplexed.He was proven wrong and lieing .Such arrogant, customer unfriendly, lazy and lethargic technicians will greatly harm the reputation of a multi national giant called Motorola.Based on the date, time and address that I have furnished, please identify the person and mend him suitably so that he will not dare to be arrogant and unfriendly with the customers any more and take them for granted.Hope Motorola will take a note of my complaint and initiate necessary action and courteous enough to reply to this mail.My intention is to mend him and not to harm him . Let him not take customers for granted. If he do not change his ways he will be a liability to the company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
