I submitted the my moto z on 05th of october and i was informed job sheet was submitted on 7 which is false, later after following up for 15 days they said product is here its shipping and getting from other country, later after 3 days called and escalated the case and from then no proper response as at all.
Every day i call and they said till the end of the day i will receive i will get a call which did not which is very dissatisfied, i have been using moto phones from 2014 nexus to moto z this was not expected. I really feel this terrible service from moto and this could be the reason why moto losing customers i do feel the same switch after paying 40000 for a phone and update was sent by moto caused this issue and i have to wait without a phone for a months, this is really ridicules service Was this information helpful? |
