Motorola Solutions — microphone is not working while on speaker phone or video calling

I purchased this Motorola E4 plus in September 2018. I have updated it with the updates received in the phone. But now I observe that the Microphone is not working while on speaker phone or video calling. I called the Motorola customer care, the technical person suggested to check some setting, I checked as instructed, that was ok, still the problem is same.
