I purchased MOTO X PLAY XT1562 (BLACK) on 09.11.15, Just Within 2-3 months of purchase it started giving problem of sim card inserting - connecting error, directly gone flight mode, screen touch & memory card not found. I submitted it to service centre on 23.02.16. They said that this is just a minor problem & after formatting my cell it will work properly. And the took my cell and didn’t give me any jobsheet for that after taking 5 days when I go there to collect my cell they said that still the problems are not yet resolved & i came to know that there is also problem in motherboard. Then they again took my cell with them and prepared jobsheet (Number mentioned as below).So i resubmitted my phone on 01st Mar 2016.
They are not responding on proper update on the phone. i request for exchange my phone with the new one and help me to get it done. Otherwise i have to file a case against Motorola and service centre in consumer court.
