Motorola Solutions — Moto g 3rd gen usb not working

Sir, i have deposited my moto g3 mobile for repairing at ensure support service centre, thane, Ccom Telecommunication on 4 feb 2016 as my work order no. is PKD/MG/15/02965 i was unable to login on that mobile which i bought online.But till now their is no response from service centre as well as from motorola.they are telling that parts are not available.Almost 22 day are over and their is no use of spending Rs 10999 on this mobile as i m not having mobile even after that...it is being so harassing for me...kindly do the needful...if it is not possible to repair my phone then kindly replace it with another one...please help...
have always considered Motorola to be one of the best brands for mobile phones and had decided that whenever I buy my first cell phone, it would be from motorola got this phone, very less did I know that this would prove to be the worst decision of my life..
