The handset (Moto G - 3rd Generation) purchased by us from Flipkart in November 2015. The demo of this handset shows that this handset is water resistance and water proof but the fact is very different from what they claim.

My son accidently fell down in swimming pool (while the handset in his pocket )during our family picnic and the phone display gone off after some time. We have approached the authorised service centres who informed that there is no warranty for water complaints.

Really shocking after the Company claiming the features of this product as water resistant, the Service Centres charged huge amount for repair but after repairs the handset is having problem (speakers, camera etc).

Kindly address this issue otherwise we are forced to approach Consumer forum for cheating the customers with wrong product descriptions.
