I purchased a phone on 5th sept. With in a month i start facing problem of overheat and touch screen problem. As i contact to moto customer care to discuss my problem, they suggest me to visit to service center. They also told me if there is any hardware problem, you will get it repair with in 07-10 days. I submitted my device to service center on 14th oct 2016, and with in next 30 days i didn't get any response from service center/moto company. I visited 5-6 times to service center and contacted to [protected], 08-10 times, also wrote many mails to moto, but didn't get any satisfactory response from them. Now i just want my money back, and they are now saying to collect my device from service center. I don't want to face such problem again in future, so that i don't want to use any moto device.
