Yesterday my head set was replaced by the service center and i just opened that and found it to be the damaged piece which was getting disconnected in a matter of seconds. I have come to know that motorola is providing the worst service to the customer ever. I was back of the same issue since a week. I would also provide the address for you No: 14-24-1, p.
