I bought this headphone last year..after few months it started having some issues.This product has 1 year of warranty so i tried going to Motorola service centers but everywhere they told me that they provide service for mobile phones only.When I contacted customer care they gave me an email I'd assist.shyamtelecom.com.I sent several emails but nobody replied.i called their number they told me they don't provide the service.my Bluetooth headphone was of rs 4k around and I am stuck with it... Customer care should support all products not only mobile phones ...if they can't provide support why are they manufacturing so many things. Was this information helpful? | |||||
