[Resolved]  Motorola Solutions — Moto x play didnt repair

I submitted my moto x play phone to moto service centre bhubhneswer to smart services on 25 jun 2016
They told me that they will repair my phone within 15 days but they always told me that they will take 6 to 7 days when i called them but vain
They didnt pickup the phone, they take hours to receive calls
Its already took 21 days and didnt repair my phone so pls do something about that
Its the worst service ever
