Sir, 1. It is submitted that my mobile display is dead and on approaching service center and customer care they said that their is a internally damage in the display. 2. I failed to understand that without any external damage how can an internal damage in the mobile occur. I have handled many motorola mobiles earlier and i know to handle and look after the product very well. It is also supposed to be rugged in comparison to many other mobiles. 3.in view of the above it is requested that early action be taken to repair / replace my mobile under guarantee.
