My new moto z2 force has issues and its been 10 days since i submitted to device to moto service centre in marathalli.
Its been 10 days and still the device is not ready citing motherboard issues.
I have raised a complaint escalating this with moto service team and they are yet to take any action.
It is highly disappointing that a high end new phone is in this condition.
I have requested for a replacement handset multiple times, but the service centre insist on replacing parts & mother board.
This absolutely makes no sense replacing parts of a new phone.
Is this the quality and customer service moto provides?
The moto customer call centre people do not take our calls seriously and keep repeating the same sentences for everything. Just repeating the job card description and not even escalating the matter to higher level teams.
I really want a replacement phone (Moto z2 force)
I will go to the consumer court if it needs to be.
This is our hard earned money. Poor quality and poor service is not tolerable.
