Motorola Solutions — Motorola g45 5g's screen broken

Yesterday my smartphone (motorola g45 5g) fall off from my hand and the display got broken in scratches like pattern but nothing happened with tempered glass, the lower right side got damaged. This Smartphone has Corning Gorilla glass 3, but what if it can't handle a small falling from hand?
And my phone is in warranty, i got to know it from device help. But also i have searched for service centre, it shows there is no nearby service centre, its 200 km away but that's not a problem, i can go there and repair but i have to repair it for free because it has warranty. But in normal market it shows ₹2, 350. And I also tried to reach customer support, but the management of motorola's Customer support is very bad. What's the point if it can't fix even a screen damage?
