I purchased a brand new mobile on nov 2017 from flipkart for the amount of 9999/- ( invoice attached ).
Since then i am facing various problems in relation to display of the mobile. I have been giving the set to jamnagar authorised centre (sterlite point 105/106, 1st floor, teen batti, jamnagar - 361001) but no permanent solution has been obtained till date. Presently the display is not working and service center says that display problem does not cover under warrantee. There is no physical damage to the display . I am looking for a solution from your head office.
