I had purchased motorola qled on 24.09.2025 through flipkart.

But poor and bad service from flipkart and jeeves. I received defective product motorola qled. Got delayed delivery. Installation person came 2 days late.

At the time of installation, the person told me that, product is faulty and defective and he sent photos to that effect to flipkart. Thereafter, I called flipkart customer care and told that product is defective at the time of installation.

Executive told me to press return option. Accordingly I done the same. Since last 20 days, flipkart executive is saying technical visit is necessary. Technical person I.e. Jeeves Mr. Devendra Patil from Nashik Maharashtra told me that, he has already reported in system that, product is defective and no need to do technical visit.

I tried again and again but no support and action from flipkart side. Flipkart executive told me to wait they will solve the problem. But nothing done. I called flipkart executive for 50 times. No executive guided me properly.

The product is defective. I have paid amount of Rs. 29, 600 out of my hard earned money. It's waste of my valuable time and money. Mentally and physically harassed.

Why the flipkart executive misguided me since last 20 days. I informed them that product is defective. Jeeves person Mr. Patil told me that he reported Flipkart as Defective product at the time installation. Jeeves person is also not guiding me.

What's wrong or mistake on my side. Harassment since last 13 days. It's bounden duty of Flipkart to replace product as it is defective at the time of installation. But no support from Flipkart executive and their senior. They just told, their back in team will coordinate. But I have not received any response till date.

Jeeves Mr. Patil also not visiting for technical visit as directed by Flipkart. He told no need for technical visit as product is faulty as seen at the time of installation. I am receiving calls from e kart and Jeeves saying you have refused and rejected technical visit and hence cancel visit. Mr. Patil never visited my home. It appears that, he is sending bogus reports to flipkart and me.

On 13.10.2025 Jeeves Mr. Patil told to reject technical visit so that flipkart will replace product. I done so. Still no response from Flipkart.

Very bad and poor service.
On 14.10.2025, flipkart executive took my bank details but yet not refund received. But flipkart rejected my replacement or return request without assigning reason. If any amount deducted from my account, then flipkart will be responsible for damages and compensation.

In last week flipkart executive told me to contact brand and obtain deniel letter or job sheet letter. Accordingly I contacted brand. They told me that they will arrange for technical person for repair. Why flipkart executive had not adviced me to contact brand in their 1st call I.e. 05.10.2025. This is nothing but delaying tactics to complete 10 days return policy and to make customer helpless.

Now I received message that Mr. Patil Devendra will visit and solve the problem. Accordingly I requested Mr. Patil to visit today I.e. on 27.10.2025 at 6.15 pm. but no response from his side. He is also cheating me like flipkart. I visited Jeeves office and requested him to do needful. But in vein.

Humble request to refund me money and take action against your flipkart executive persons and Jeeves Mr. Devendra Patil, Nashik Maharashtra for poor service.

Flipkart and Jeeves Mr. Devendra Patil, Nashik Maharashtra cheated me. Mr. Patil is not picking up my call. No response on WhatsApp too. He is deliberately and falsely sending or reporting that customer refused or rejected for technical visit. I never refused for technical visit. U may check record.

Call report from Jeeves. Take action against Me. Devendra Patil, Nashik, Maharashtra for his poor service. Also take action against concerned flipkart executive who misguided me. Jeeves service is worst. They are treating customer inhumanly. Also take action against concerned seller or distributor for supplying defective product.

Kindly issue deniel letter or job sheet letter as sought by Flipkart Executive. And refund me.

It's been more than 1 month now I am suffering physically and mentally without any fault on my side. Now I am constrained to lodge FIR and consumer complaint against flipkart and Jeeves for damages and compensation. Flipkart and Jeeves will be responsible for the consequences.
