Motorola Solutions — motorola service centre acting frivolously

Bought xt1706 01/06/2017 due to some technical issues had to take my phone to one of your so-called customer service centre netsurfer situated at lal chowk, srinagar, jammu and kashmir. They gave me a week's time to get the problem fixed, it's been more than a month now, neither do they attend my calls nor do they have any manners to talk with the customer. Now, either give me my phone back or i've other options also to make this issue public.
