I had problem in my display where all of a sudden it became blank (It was powering on but no display), i bought this mobile in dec 2015 (Pfa for invoice) hence i took it to service center in chennai at 24th may 2016, they informed all the data would be lost and not able to take back up, (I had 15+ gb of data in it) with hard heart i had no other option, i agreed for the same it was informed that it would take 7 days (My work order no is : yxe/mg/16/00721) but they took one month to give it back after various follow up's which is bad service, even then i has problem that my phone did not detach the memory card, i returned it back on the same day, again same request of 7 days but till now i did not get my mobile which is worst service
Things i am expecting
1) i want my mobile back in good condition or give me a new mobile
2) the service provide in worst, they say that they will give the mobile tomorrow but that tomorrow has never come till now even after 2 months
3) i feel they are learning with my mobile, i have spent 18000 for my mobile but still not having mobile for my own for past 2 months.
4) request you to perform audit in your service center which is spoiling your brand
5) pleas make some option so that we can take the data back up in these condition
7) request you to maintain your hardware which was good but now a days not up to the mark
