Motorola Solutions — My device parts has not been dispatched and no one is giving correct information

I shivani has given my device motog3 to uttam nagar service centre on 30 dec.Till now its motherboard has not issued to the service centre and its not even dispatched.My work order no is OMC/MG/15/01283.the company has told me tocollect device on 22 jan but they wont give me and said to colllect it on 15 feb and parts will b delivered to the service centre max by 12 feb .bt till today there is no information whre the parts are.i called many times to service centre they just told they have no information about parts.and whnevr i called to tollfree no they just said collect it on 15 feb .we have no othr information and rss team will provide you information about the parts.when i say them to transfer my call to rss team leader mohd imran they told we dont hv option to transfer the call ans sometyms even say he is busy .I urge the authorties to please lookinto the matter as soon as possible and either give my device after repairing by 15 feb or else replace it or refund me.if i wont get it back on 15 feb, i will go higher authorities and to the court.as it will b 40 days already i have been waiting and most of warranty period has been wasted.there is no coordination between service centre and company.
