Motorola Solutions — Not returning the phone | |||||
I bought a moto g3 phone in october. after a month suddenly he screen broke, i got the screen replaced near my place and after fe days after upgrading it to marshmallow vesion, the touch stopped working. I gave my pone to motorola service center who claimed that the issue is regarding the hardware and not software and asked me to pay 3.5k once it's done.. I gave it there on 12th jan and i was told i will receive it withing 15-20 days but its been a month and i still din't receive it and when i called them they told they are expecting the part in feb end.. the service is so pathetic.. i will never buy moto phone in my life.
