[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — Poor service | |||
Submitted the device on 6th Jan 2016 for paid broken screen repair work. Got a call on mid of Feb saying there is an issue with motherboard. At the time of submission service center said they will perform full check of the phone immediately and after 1.5 months, they said mother board issue. Again a new job sheet got prepared and I was told that within 20 days I will get my phone back. Still didn't got my phone back. Was this information helpful? | |||
