I would like to bring to your notice the poor service of your service centre, ridham mobiles at calicut. My phone had a problem of not charging. I gave the phone to ridham mobiles, calicut on 17-06.2016. The job sheet no. Is 1277. I enquire about my phone on alternate days but still it is not repaired. It is a matter of regret to inform you that they have given my phone to other person. It shows the irresponsible and carless nature of your service centre. My phone has some important documents and family photos which may be misused if it is in wrong hand. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the need ful, otherwise i will approach consumer court for justice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
