Motorola Solutions — Regarding delay of service | |||||
I visited Bhubaneshwar Motorola service centre on 16 June 2016 for my broken glass of my moto g3 phone, they told me that they will order the glass and inform me via call and msg it will come within 14-15 days. It's been more than 17 days now and they r not receiving calls and I don't have any information of my phone. I have even deposited advance of 2000 l. If I would knowing that such mismanagement there then I would have never gone to such place to invest 5k. Was this information helpful? | |||||
