I went to them as charger wasn't working. They checked my invoice and asked me to submit my phone and charger both. I waited there for 40 mins. One of the other girls then called my name and said they won't accept the invoice I have provided and asked to provide a new one.

Extremely unprofessional people if they weren't able to accept the invoice why ask the customer to wait and moreover when they returned my phone and the charger, they actually removed the tamper glass from my phone.
