Hi team, I submitted my motorola g3 on 7/5/2016 due to touchscreen is not responding to touch.its been a month it is pending for parts i've already escalated issue many time but didn't got any satisfactorily response.a month they said that part is not available they can't do any thing. They told me tho submit a complaint via email. But what the hell is this. Employers of service center is very rude. moto you have do something about it. Please action on this issue. Dear Sir,
I bought "Moto G4 Plus" mobile on 1st August 2016 and since then I was facing issue with proximity sensor. Every time I make a call or answer any incoming call, phone display remains of[censored]ntil other person disconnects call. Frequency of this issue is 7 out of 10 times.
I submitted the phone in the authorized moto service center located at "1st Floor Minal Arcade, Near Hotel Samudra, NAL Stop, Karve Road, Pune-411004" on 22-October-2016. Following are my complaint(s) regarding the services provided...
1) I had to wait for 4 hours to get my turn while only 20-25 people were prior to me while one representative was taking only 5-10 minutes to attend one person.
2) The representative told me that it will take 7-10 days to get the proximity sensor replaced by Moto. On this fact, I was ready to submit my phone for correction. Its been 18 days and still I don't have my rectified phone with me.
3) Every time I call the service center, they tell me that part to be replaced is still not received from Moto company so my service request is still pending.
4) Every 3-4 days of interval, I call to service center & also use your LIVE CHAT feature and I am always told that I will get my phone after 7-10 days. I am now very much concerned when these 7-10 days will complete and I will get my repaired phone back.
5) I submitted my phone because of the time interval told to me. I am leaving for Noida this Friday (11-Nov-2016). I requested service center & LIVE CHAT people that if you cannot repair phone by 10-Nov-2016 then please courier it to my new address in Noida. Sir, I am so much disappointed that they simply denied it even though they have taken more than double time they promised.
Sir, I am getting very bad response & service and hence I request you to please look into the matter as its causing a high dissatisfaction. I am sure that its not good for company's reputation as well if such cases are happening with other Moto users as well.
Hoping to get some strong action to help me soon.
