Motorola Solutions — They had cheated me

I just want to say, I submitted my phone in delhi service center 2 times because when I submitted my phone in service center 1st time they take 10 days & still they have not repaired my phone so I take my phone from their & submit my phone in another service center in new delhi & I am from Moradabad so in my home town here is no service center of motorola & I am studying in 12th so I give my phone to One of relatives who submit my phone in service center in delhi & when my phone is repaired they give my phone battery discharged so my relatives take it whithout checking & when phone comes to me & I charged my phone & play some music & increase the volume i see that my phone's volume buttons are not working but when I submitted my phone in delhi at that time my volume buttons are working & I had submitted my phone just because my phone is not showing display & touch is not working & when I call it rings button I can't answer and when I call service center about volume button problem they says that you have to come here . I know that I have to go but I can't go many times. By facing many problems my relatives give this phone in service center.Now it's been 1 month & 15 days around I found that in this phone their are many problems so think it could just it's not my phone so I check it's IMEI No. & found this is not my phone IMEI No.is changed So request you to please help me I can't go delhi again & please help me regarding this matter what I have to do know
