I am Devender kamble actually I came to service centre on 10th July but they told me Motorola equipment is not there come after 1 week. I came on 19th July and they submit my mobile and they told come after 15 days. again I am visited on 5th August again they told your mobile have touch screen problem we already requested to company for touch screen we call you back after 10 days. I am calling from 16th Aug no one lifting call. On 18th August they lift the call and they told your mobile have motherboard problem again they said we contact you after 4 day's its confirm. And now they are telling your warranty is over. And our server also not working. From beginning onwords I am contacting tellecaller ms. BHAGYASREE [protected] she was given fake status to me. And again I calling to your Motorola service centre from 25th Aug no one replying me. Your people also taking my complaint but not resolving. Last time given this reference no.[protected] by javed. and still now 11th sep now also my status pending. worst experiance with motorola service centre. Was this information helpful? | |||||
