Motorola — Speaker is not working and service center is not ready to fix the problem

Hi, I bought MOTO E mobile phone 9 months ago. Now the speaker of the phone is not working. When I went to claim the warrenty in service center, MOTO E service center is not responding me. Instead, he is shouting on us back. I was not expected this sort of rude behaviour from MOTO service center. Unfortunately, there is only 1 service center at my place. I am not sure to whom I need to approach to claim the warranty and to log a complaint against service center. Could any one please assist me on how to go about this? Many thanks
