Hi,
I am facing problem in my mobile 40 day after purchase. Its moto x2, I am facing display issue. i submit my mobile to service center in 26th june and they ask to take it after 7-10 days but after 10 day they saying they didnt get part yet. and when i call there customer care for further details they said they will escelat the issue. more 5 days gone but they even didn't call me back.
Now its been around 20 days my mobile is still on service center and now the didnt respond on my calls.
