Movietime Cinemas — refuse to give tickets without coke and popcorn

I am sandeep kumar, I am an artist and love to see the movie. But my experience of yesterday was very bad with Movietime cinema at rajouri garden.

I reached to the counter of cinema on Ground floor. I asked for movie tickets of 'Bhoot' 9:45 am show. The price of one ticket was ₹ 99. I asked for 2 tickets and they charges ₹349.

I ask them why ₹349, ticket price is ₹99 so for 2 tickets. They replied that coke and popcorn is complimentary you need to pay for that. I said I don't want coke and popcorn. They didn't give me the tickets and said book your tickets online. I said I want to talk with your manager to discuss why this is complimentary. But the counter girl said no manger is here now they will come after 12'o clock. I booked my ticket from book my show and paid extra ₹44 as transaction fee. After reached to 4 floor near food I asked to register my complain. One of the guard suggest me to meet manager. I was surprise because the counter girl said no manager is here and they will come after 12' o clock. I met with manager but didn't get any positive response they are giving the excuse of morning time. I was totally disappointed with movie times cinema. They wasted my time and I reached 25 min after the movie start. I didn't enjoyed the show.

It's ok that they are not allowed the outside food but they cannot force anyone to buy your food/snacks. Also they didn't give me the tickets when I refuse to purchase their coke & popcorn(complimentary)
