I (Rajan kalsi) was forced to leave because I have raised the below mentioned complaint ( Bribe asked by Ankit Jain & Parag Talwar) to higher management. I am a existing employee of the company & my Emp ID is 2279652 and I can be contacted at [protected] or [protected] THIS IS A COMPLAINT AGAINST A SUPERVISOR / UM named ''Mr ANKIT JAIN" WHO IS ASKING FOR A BRIBE IN THE FORM OF LIQUOR BOTTLE FROM ME (Rajan Kalsi) AND HARASSING ME ON DAILY BASIS. He is not asking for any kind of party, he simply told me that I need a branded liquor bottle from you because I have certified you and you are aware of my powers. He is pressurizing on daily basis I am a part of Airtel Titanium process. I would like to inform you that there is a UM / Supervisior "ANKIT JAIN'' on the floor who is asking for a BRIBE, what exactly he said to me is that I HAVE CERTIFIED YOU NOW YOU HAVE TO DO SOmeETHING FOR ME, & BEING A MALE EMPLOYEE DO BRING A BRANDED WHISKY (TEACHERS, CHIVAS REGAL OR DOUBLE BLACK) BOTTLE FOR ME, so that you can continue your services with ease in the organisation (Mphasis), otherwise you can understand what powers I have and what I can do against you. As I am new in the company I am not aware to whom I have to escalate the issue. I request you to please look into the matter and try to resolve the issue otherwise there be a VERY HIGH ATTRITION RATE just because of these kind of GREEDY PEOPLE who are encouraging BRIBE SYSTEM on the floor. Company is putting a huge amount on trainings and hiring and just because of these people company will loose good talent and reputation as-well. Also if these kind of practices are followed within the organization, that company will never get a good talented resources and at the day end its a company LOSS (Monetary / Reputation). Do forward this mail to the concerned department if I have sent it to you incorrectly. BUT PLEASE DON'T IGNORE IT.
